In the United States the government has not allowed epigenetic testing due to not wanting discrimination among the people. However, people would like to be tested to find out if their body has developed any diseases or any illnesses. Therefore, they would resort to other ways to find out by being tested at any unauthorized place. These clinics may give patients, un-accurate or even fake results. It is a growing concern because the government does not permit epigenetic testing yet, which will cause people to feel angry, that it is unfair, that it violates privacy concerns and discourages individuals from getting further testing.
